For full room hire we require a minimum of 60 guests (maximum currently 150) and the hire cost is £300 and includes the exclusive use of the room, a fully stocked and staffed bar, up to 3 professionally sized ping pong tables, a private entrance dressed with a red carpet and ropes, an outdoor terrace. A vintage cinema room is available for an additional £100, its perfect for movies, gaming or a personal slideshow. 

There is plenty of space for a band or DJ (who can play through our speakers if needed). Alternatively, you can connect a device like a phone or iPod/iPad to our speakers through Bluetooth if you have your own playlist – we also have special effects disco lighting and mirrored disco balls which you can hire for just £50 and is a great party addition if you don’t have a band/DJ.

There is plenty of opportunity for decoration in the room if you’d like to do so – just ask us for more details on restrictions.

We can offer drinks like Prosecco, bottled beers, cocktails and soft drinks for arrival or for a toast later on. A 10% discount is offered on Prosecco if it is purchased in advance. Ask for further details on drinks offers or packages available too! 

We also have a lovely buffet menu, but if that’s not quite what you’re after just let us know as we can tailor packages to suit your needs. We can offer things like table snacks/crisps/nuts to a finger buffet to hot dishes like curry or chilli. Food is not required to make a booking.

For every booking, we require a further damage deposit of £100 which is fully refundable regarding there are no damages to the room, no extra cleaning is needed and minimum spend is met. Minimum spend is £1,000 over the bar and includes any pre-arranged Prosecco or other arrival drinks. This is very easy to reach with 60/70 or so guests. 

 *Please note we do not host 18th birthday parties (this also includes 19th and 20th birthdays too). For 21st birthdays we ask that a third of guests are aged 25 and over, all guests bring along valid ID as we follow the ‘Challenge 25’ policy.
